In 2008, we were four like-minded physicians with particular and common focus on excellent, patient-centered care who formed a cross-coverage team for hospital patients in the Henderson and Las Vegas area. Within a short period of time, our reputation for providing outstanding patient care was noticed by all in the community. This included primary care providers, surgeons, subspecialists and local commercial insurances who in turn, asked us to service their patients when admitted to these hospitals.
