Helena Adams is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with Platinum Hospitalists, specializing in Palliative Care. She provides expert symptom management, facilitates goals-of-care discussions, and delivers patient- and family-centered care for individuals with serious illness. She collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to support quality of life and informed decision-making across the continuum of care.

Appleby Anna FNP-C

Anna Appleby, MSN, BSN, RN, is a highly accomplished Acute Care Nurse Practitioner with three decades of diverse clinical and academic experience in Southern Nevada. She currently provides specialized, high-impact care at Platinum Hospitalists, focusing on internal medicine, palliative care, and pain management. Parallel to her clinical practice, Anna serves as an Adjunct Faculty member at Grand Canyon University and Chamberlin University, where she shapes the next generation of acute care nurse practitioner students.

Cuplin Christina APRN

Cuplin, Christina APRN is a compassionate Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner, graduating in 2025 and bringing 20 years of hands‑on nursing experience to advanced practice. She is known for her calm presence and unwavering commitment to supporting patients and families through serious illness, complex symptoms, and emotionally challenging transition. Her practice is rooted in empathy, dignity, and respect, ensuring patients feel heard and families feel supported.

With a strong foundation in bedside nursing, she excels in symptom management, communication, and guiding families through goals‑of‑care conversations. She values the privilege of being invited into the most vulnerable moments of a person’s life and approaches every interaction with gentleness, clarity, and compassion.

Family-centered both personally and professionally, she believes palliative care is not just a clinical specialty but a calling one that honors humanity, connection, and the profound impact of being present for patients and their loved ones.

Cowan Amanda AGACNP-BC

Amanda Cowan is a board-certified nurse practitioner specializing in acute care from Grand Canyon University. She brings over a decade of experience in healthcare, including an extensive background in critical care as an RN. Amanda is one of the key members of Platinum Palliative Care Services, specializing in providing compassionate and evidence-based palliative and hospice care to patients with chronic and life-limiting illnesses. Beyond her clinical work, Amanda enjoys outdoor activities like hiking and values spending quality time with her family.

Harris Brian ACNPC-AG

Brian Harris comes from a long lineage of military family members and joined the United States Marine Corps at 18 and served honorably from 1999-2003.

He graduated from Nursing School with a BSN in 2016 from Auburn University in Montgomery, then graduated with his MSN and Adult-Gerontology Acute Nurse Practitioner in 2025

from Grand Canyon University.

Brian began working as a nurse in Neurosurgical ICU in Birmingham, AL for 2 years, then moved to Las Vegas where he worked in the Medical ICU at Summerlin Hospital.

His current credentials include MSN and ACNPC-AG and he will be working with the Palliative Care Team at Platinum Hospitalists.

When he is not working, Brian enjoys spending time with his wife and 2 boys. They enjoy the outdoors, fishing, hiking, and taking road trips to interesting destinations.

Gordon Theresa AGACNP-BC

Theresa Gordon is an Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner with advanced training from Grand Canyon University and over 20 years of experience in healthcare. She spent much of her RN career in critical care, including intensive care and interventional radiology settings, before transitioning to advanced practice. As part of Platinum Palliative Care Services, Theresa focuses on improving symptom management and quality of life for her patients. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.

Jackson Pauline AGPCNP-BC

Catherine Molina is a board-certified nurse practitioner in Family Practice with advanced training in adult-gerontology from Touro University. She brings over 30 years of healthcare experience, beginning her career as a registered nurse in medical-surgical, trauma, and critical care settings, where she developed a strong foundation in managing complex patients. As a valued member of Platinum Palliative Care Services, Catherine specializes in providing compassionate palliative and hospice care, focusing on symptom management and improving patients’ quality of life. Outside of her professional work, Catherine enjoys listening to music, dancing, martials arts, and spending time with her 4 children and husband.

Jackson, Joshua APRN

Joshua Jackson, FNP-C, is a dedicated Nurse Practitioner providing compassionate, patient-centered care in the hospital setting. He earned his Nurse Practitioner degree from the University of Cincinnati and has a strong clinical background that includes experience in the intensive care unit (ICU), equipping him to manage complex and high-acuity patients with confidence and precision.

Joshua is committed to supporting patients and their families through challenging medical situations, with particular interest in inpatient medicine and palliative care. He values clear communication, thoughtful decision-making, and ensuring care aligns with each patient’s goals and values.

Outside of medicine, Joshua is a proud husband and father of four. He enjoys spending time outdoors, working on hands-on projects, and embracing a country lifestyle that includes gardening, raising chickens, and caring for animals. He also has a background in athletics, having wrestled throughout all four years of high school. Earlier in life, he spent two years living in Brazil while serving a mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints—an experience that shaped his perspective on service, culture, and community.

Kozlowski Paige DO

Dr. Paige Kozlowski is a dedicated Internal Medicine physician who has specialized in Hospice and Palliative care. After earning her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from the Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine, she completed her internal medicine residency at Opti West/Valley Hospital in Las Vegas. Dr. Kozlowski completed her fellowship in Hospice and Palliative Care at Opti West/Nathan Adelson Hospice. She is board certified by the AOBIM in Internal Medicine and Hospice and Palliative Medicine. She holds a B.S./M.S. in Chemistry from Northeastern University, graduating magna cum laude. Dr. Kozlowski has a robust research background, including designing fatty acid synthase inhibitors and radical synthesis studies. Her hobbies include playing pickleball, and horseback riding, demonstrating her passion for a balanced and active lifestyle.

Lee Diana MD

Dr. Diana D. Lee is a hospitalist with extensive experience in both inpatient and palliative care settings. She earned her medical degree from Capital University of Medical Sciences in Beijing and completed her internal medicine residency at Greater Baltimore Medical Center, affiliated with Johns Hopkins School of Medicine. Dr. Lee has held hospitalist positions at various healthcare institutions, including Platinum Hospitalist Group, Mercy Medical Group, and Woodland Healthcare. She is board certified in both Internal Medicine and Hospice and Palliative Medicine. In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Lee has served on medical committees and is a member of several professional organizations.

Molina Catherine FNP-C

Keith Monsay is an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner with advanced training from Grand Canyon University and over 15 years of experience in healthcare. Starting his career as an RN in critical care and trauma units, Keith developed a strong foundation in managing acutely ill patients. He now applies his expertise at Platinum Palliative Care Services, providing comprehensive care for patients with serious and life-limiting illnesses. Fluent in Lao, Keith enjoys playing sports and spending time with his family.

Vitug Bennett DO

Dr. Bennett Vitug is a board-certified family medicine physician currently specializing in hospice and palliative care through a fellowship at OPTI West/Nathan Adelson. He completed his family medicine residency at Valley Hospital and earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Touro University Nevada. Dr. Vitug also holds a Master’s of Science in Biology from the University of California, San Diego. He is proficient in English and Tagalog, with conversational skills in Spanish and Japanese. Dr. Vitug’s professional experience is diverse, including roles in contrast monitoring at Steinberg Diagnostic Medical Imaging and per diem physician work at Touro Health Center. His interests include quality improvement in healthcare, as evidenced by his project to streamline discharge processes at Nathan Adelson Hospice.
