Dr. Fozia R. Qazi brings a rich blend of expertise in internal medicine and nuclear medicine to her role as a hospitalist with Platinum. Dr. Qazi completed her medical education at Allama Iqbal Medical College in Lahore, Pakistan, and went on to complete a residency in internal medicine at Mountain View Hospital’s GME program in Las Vegas. Additionally, she is board certified in nuclear medicine, having completed further training in this specialty at Saint Louis University. Dr. Qazi has actively contributed to the field of nuclear medicine through research presented at national conferences and is recognized for her work on metabolic activity detection using FDG-PET/CT.
