Born and raised in Nicaragua, Dr. Morgan knew from an early age that his passion was helping others through medicine. Dr. Morgan earned his medical degree from UNAN-Managua, one of Nicaragua’s leading medical schools, completed two years of service in underserved communities, and was selected to train in Internal Medicine at Hospital Escuela Antonio Lenín Fonseca, a national referral center for chronic kidney disease and Level I trauma care. Although he planned to pursue a Gastroenterology fellowship in Mexico, unforeseen circumstances led him to continue his journey in the United States, where he passed all the required licensing examinations and matched into a Family Medicine Residency in Miami, Florida. During residency, Dr. Morgan had the honor of serving as Chief Resident. After graduating in June 2026, he joined Platinum Hospitalists as a Hospitalist in Henderson, Nevada, where he enjoys caring for hospitalized patients with complex medical conditions. Outside of medicine, he cherishes spending time with family, especially his wife and his daughter, Isabella, who is the greatest inspiration and driving force in his life.
