Dr. Robert J. Paulino, M.D., is an accomplished internal medicine and palliative care physician with extensive experience in hospital and hospice settings. He obtained his medical degree from the University of the Philippines and completed his internal medicine residency at Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, followed by a palliative and hospice medicine fellowship at the VA GRECC affiliated with Mount Sinai. Dr. Paulino provides comprehensive medical care across a variety of settings, the majority of which are at skilled nursing facilities. He has also played a significant role in establishing and directing several home hospice programs, demonstrating his commitment to enhancing end-of-life care through thoughtful leadership and clinical expertise.
Dr. Diana D. Lee is a hospitalist with extensive experience in both inpatient and palliative care settings. She earned her medical degree from Capital University of Medical Sciences in Beijing and completed her internal medicine residency at Greater Baltimore Medical Center, affiliated with Johns Hopkins School of Medicine. Dr. Lee has held hospitalist positions at various healthcare institutions, including Platinum Hospitalist Group, Mercy Medical Group, and Woodland Healthcare. She is board certified in both Internal Medicine and Hospice and Palliative Medicine. In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Lee has served on medical committees and is a member of several professional organizations.
Dr. Bennett Vitug is a board-certified family medicine physician currently specializing in hospice and palliative care through a fellowship at OPTI West/Nathan Adelson. He completed his family medicine residency at Valley Hospital and earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Touro University Nevada. Dr. Vitug also holds a Master’s of Science in Biology from the University of California, San Diego. He is proficient in English and Tagalog, with conversational skills in Spanish and Japanese. Dr. Vitug’s professional experience is diverse, including roles in contrast monitoring at Steinberg Diagnostic Medical Imaging and per diem physician work at Touro Health Center. His interests include quality improvement in healthcare, as evidenced by his project to streamline discharge processes at Nathan Adelson Hospice.
Dr. Paige Kozlowski is a dedicated Internal Medicine physician who has specialized in Hospice and Palliative care. After earning her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from the Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine, she completed her internal medicine residency at Opti West/Valley Hospital in Las Vegas. Dr. Kozlowski completed her fellowship in Hospice and Palliative Care at Opti West/Nathan Adelson Hospice. She is board certified by the AOBIM in Internal Medicine and Hospice and Palliative Medicine. She holds a B.S./M.S. in Chemistry from Northeastern University, graduating magna cum laude. Dr. Kozlowski has a robust research background, including designing fatty acid synthase inhibitors and radical synthesis studies. Her hobbies include playing pickleball, and horseback riding, demonstrating her passion for a balanced and active lifestyle.
Amanda Cowan is a board-certified nurse practitioner specializing in acute care from Grand Canyon University. She brings over a decade of experience in healthcare, including an extensive background in critical care as an RN. Amanda is one of the key members of Platinum Palliative Care Services, specializing in providing compassionate and evidence-based palliative and hospice care to patients with chronic and life-limiting illnesses. Beyond her clinical work, Amanda enjoys outdoor activities like hiking and values spending quality time with her family.
Catherine Molina is a board-certified nurse practitioner in Family Practice with advanced training in adult-gerontology from Touro University. She brings over 30 years of healthcare experience, beginning her career as a registered nurse in medical-surgical, trauma, and critical care settings, where she developed a strong foundation in managing complex patients. Theresa Gordon is an Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner with advanced training from Grand Canyon University and over 20 years of experience in healthcare. She spent much of her RN career in critical care, including intensive care and interventional radiology settings, before transitioning to advanced practice. As part of Platinum Palliative Care Services, Theresa focuses on improving symptom management and quality of life for her patients. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.
Keith Monsay is an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner with advanced training from Grand Canyon University and over 15 years of experience in healthcare. Starting his career as an RN in critical care and trauma units, Keith developed a strong foundation in managing acutely ill patients. He now applies his expertise at Platinum Palliative Care Services, providing comprehensive care for patients with serious and life-limiting illnesses. Fluent in Lao, Keith enjoys playing sports and spending time with his family.
Dr. Hrishikesh Kulkarni is a distinguished physician specializing in pulmonary care and internal medicine. He completed his M.B.B.S at Byramjee Jeejeebhoy Medical College in Pune, India, followed by an internal medicine residency at Case Western University/St. Vincent Charity Medical Center in Cleveland, Ohio, where he was recognized for his excellence in research and medical procedures. Dr. Kulkarni also holds an MBA from the University of Arizona Eller School of Management. Dr. Kulkarni completed a fellowship in Pulmonary and Crititcal Care at the University of Nevada Las Vegas. Dr. Kulkarni has a strong commitment to improving healthcare delivery and patient outcomes, evident from his involvement in quality initiatives and educational roles at various institutions. His professional journey showcases a blend of clinical excellence and leadership in healthcare management.
Jasmin San Luis is a board-certified Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner with 13 years of experience in healthcare. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Our Lady of Fatima University in 2006 and her Master of Science in Nursing from Grand Canyon University in 2018. San Luis has worked as a Registered Nurse and Critical Care Nurse Practitioner in various hospitals, including Valley Hospital, Sunrise Hospital, and Pulmonary Associates. Dr. Omer Tarar is a triple board-certified endocrinologist specializing in Internal Medicine, Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism, as well as Obesity Medicine. He earned his medical degree from Aga Khan University, completed his Internal Medicine residency at Jersey City Medical Center, and pursued his fellowship in Endocrinology at the University of South Carolina. Recognized for his dedication, he has earned accolades such as Las Vegas Top Doctor and multiple teaching awards. His clinical interests focus on managing diabetes and treating pituitary and adrenal disorders. Outside of medicine, Dr. Tarar enjoys tennis, traveling, exploring new cuisines, and immersing himself in nature.
Dr. Sehrish Waheed is an endocrinologist with over a decade of experience in internal medicine. She earned her medical degree from Khyber Medical University in Pakistan and completed her residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Texas Health Northeast/Christus Good Shepherd Medical Centre and Mount Sinai School of Medicine. She is currently completing an endocrinology fellowship at Mountain View Hospital in Nevada. She has held positions as a hospitalist at Mercy Health and SSM DePaul in St. Louis, Missouri. She has presented research findings at national conferences and has been published in peer-reviewed journals. In her spare time, she enjoys painting, home décor, traveling, and reading.
Anna Wern has over 31 years of experience in healthcare and currently serves as a nurse practitioner specializing in Endocrinology alongside Dr. Tarar at Platinum Continuity and Specialty Clinic. She earned her Bachelor of Nursing at the University of Santo Tomas in Manila, Philippines, graduating as a national board topnotcher, and later completed her Master of Nursing in Family Practice with honors from Chamberlain University in 2017. Anna has held diverse roles across the United States, from staff nurse to Director of Nursing, before joining Platinum in 2018 as a nocturnist. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, collecting magnets, shopping, spending time with family, and relaxing with a good book and her cold brew.
Alisa Musante is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over a decade of experience in healthcare. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from West Virginia University and her Master of Science in Nursing from Simmons College. Musante began her career with Platinum Hospitalists as part of the nocturnist team, showcasing her dedication to patient care during overnight hours. She has since transitioned to become one of the dedicated Endocrinology Nurse Practitioners within Platinum’s Endocrinology service. On her free time, she is busy with real estate gigs.
Mary Kristine Daria is a board-certified Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner with over 15 years of experience as a Registered Nurse and 3 years as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN). She earned her Master of Science in Nursing with an emphasis in Adult-Gerontology from Grand Canyon University and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Santo Tomas, Legazpi. Mary Kristine is dedicated to delivering excellent patient care and enjoys cooking and traveling with family and friends in her personal time.
Dr. Kenney Vu is a board-certified psychiatrist with extensive training and experience in adult psychiatry. After earning his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Touro University Nevada, Dr. Vu completed a transitional year at HCA Healthcare/ Sunrise Health GME Consortium in Las Vegas, followed by a psychiatry residency at HCA Healthcare/ USF Morsani College of Medicine in Florida. Currently, Dr. Vu also practices at Nevada Mental Health and Healthy Minds in Las Vegas, specializing in general adult psychiatry. His academic contributions include several presentations on cardiac risks associated with psychiatric medications and a publication on nicotinic α4β2 receptor imaging agents. Dr. Vu is proficient in English and Vietnamese, with basic skills in Spanish, allowing him to serve a diverse patient population effectively. His professional memberships include the American Psychiatric Association and the Nevada Psychiatric Association.
Dr. Salman Arif is a board-certified internal medicine physician with a specialization in infectious diseases. He completed his medical degree with honors from the University of Health Sciences in Pakistan, followed by an Infectious Disease Fellowship at the University of Toledo, Ohio. Dr. Arif has served in various capacities including as an academic teaching attending at the Sunrise GME program at Southern Hills Hospital, Las Vegas, and as a hospitalist at Summerlin Hospital within the Valley Health System. Dr. Arif has engaged in significant research, including collaborative projects with Yale University and Johns Hopkins University, focusing on innovative treatments for infectious diseases. Queennie Balajadia is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in Hospital Medicine. She earned her Master’s degree from Spring Arbor University and brings dedication and compassion to patient care. Outside of work, Queennie enjoys spending time with her family, drinking with friends, and two beloved fur babies.
Dr. Shivani Golden is a double board-certified Geriatrician who completed her Geriatrics & Administrative Fellowship at Mount Sinai’s Icahn School of Medicine in New York City, where she was named Chief Quality Fellow. Following her fellowship, she served as an Assistant Clinical Professor at NYU Langone Hospital and was the Quality Director for a 500+ bed skilled nursing facility. She led various initiatives in this role, including coordinating the COVID treatment response during the 2021 wave of the pandemic, when anti-COVID treatments were scarce. Due to her efforts, nearly 100 patients received life-sustaining treatment that helped prevent deaths and hospitalizations from COVID. She is currently a nursing home Medical Director and full-time physician in Rehabilitation centers. She is a yearly guest speaker at national Post-Acute and Long Term Care conferences, where she lectures on the subject of Medical Director contracts with legal counsel. She is a firm believer in evidence based medicine as well as a patient-centered, holistic approach to care where the needs and desires of her patients come first. She is deeply passionate about nursing homes and strives to bring her knowledge and experience from her work in New York to Las Vegas.
Dr. Zeshan Mudasir is a distinguished neurologist with an extensive background in both chiropractic and osteopathic medicine. After earning a Doctor of Chiropractic from Palmer College of Chiropractic and a Doctor of Osteopathy from Touro University Nevada, Dr. Mudasir completed his neurology residency at Valley Hospital in Las Vegas, where he also served as Chief Resident. His deep commitment to neurology is evidenced by his numerous lectures on topics ranging from stroke management to neuro-oncology. Dr. Mudasir is an active member of the American Academy of Neurology and the American Osteopathic Association. In his free time, he enjoys playing tennis, watching movies, reading, and traveling internationally, embracing diverse cultures and expanding his understanding of global healthcare perspectives.
