Dr. Robert J. Paulino, M.D., is an accomplished internal medicine and palliative care physician with extensive experience in hospital and hospice settings. He obtained his medical degree from the University of the Philippines and completed his internal medicine residency at Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, followed by a palliative and hospice medicine fellowship at the VA GRECC affiliated with Mount Sinai. Dr. Paulino provides comprehensive medical care across a variety of settings, the majority of which are at skilled nursing facilities. He has also played a significant role in establishing and directing several home hospice programs, demonstrating his commitment to enhancing end-of-life care through thoughtful leadership and clinical expertise.
Dr. Bennett Vitug is a board-certified family medicine physician currently specializing in hospice and palliative care through a fellowship at OPTI West/Nathan Adelson. He completed his family medicine residency at Valley Hospital and earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Touro University Nevada. Dr. Vitug also holds a Master’s of Science in Biology from the University of California, San Diego. He is proficient in English and Tagalog, with conversational skills in Spanish and Japanese. Dr. Vitug’s professional experience is diverse, including roles in contrast monitoring at Steinberg Diagnostic Medical Imaging and per diem physician work at Touro Health Center. His interests include quality improvement in healthcare, as evidenced by his project to streamline discharge processes at Nathan Adelson Hospice.
Dr. Diana D. Lee is a hospitalist with extensive experience in both inpatient and palliative care settings. She earned her medical degree from Capital University of Medical Sciences in Beijing and completed her internal medicine residency at Greater Baltimore Medical Center, affiliated with Johns Hopkins School of Medicine. Dr. Lee has held hospitalist positions at various healthcare institutions, including Platinum Hospitalist Group, Mercy Medical Group, and Woodland Healthcare. She is board certified in both Internal Medicine and Hospice and Palliative Medicine. In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Lee has served on medical committees and is a member of several professional organizations.
Dr. Paige Kozlowski is a dedicated Internal Medicine physician who has specialized in Hospice and Palliative care. After earning her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from the Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine, she completed her internal medicine residency at Opti West/Valley Hospital in Las Vegas. Dr. Kozlowski completed her fellowship in Hospice and Palliative Care at Opti West/Nathan Adelson Hospice. She is board certified by the AOBIM in Internal Medicine and Hospice and Palliative Medicine. She holds a B.S./M.S. in Chemistry from Northeastern University, graduating magna cum laude. Dr. Kozlowski has a robust research background, including designing fatty acid synthase inhibitors and radical synthesis studies. Her hobbies include playing pickleball, and horseback riding, demonstrating her passion for a balanced and active lifestyle.
Amanda Cowan is a board-certified nurse practitioner specializing in acute care from Grand Canyon University. She brings over a decade of experience in healthcare, including an extensive background in critical care as an RN. Amanda is one of the key members of Platinum Palliative Care Services, specializing in providing compassionate and evidence-based palliative and hospice care to patients with chronic and life-limiting illnesses. Beyond her clinical work, Amanda enjoys outdoor activities like hiking and values spending quality time with her family.
Theresa Gordon is an Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner with advanced training from Grand Canyon University and over 20 years of experience in healthcare. She spent much of her RN career in critical care, including intensive care and interventional radiology settings, before transitioning to advanced practice. As part of Platinum Palliative Care Services, Theresa focuses on improving symptom management and quality of life for her patients. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.
Catherine Molina is a board-certified nurse practitioner in Family Practice with advanced training in adult-gerontology from Touro University. She brings over 30 years of healthcare experience, beginning her career as a registered nurse in medical-surgical, trauma, and critical care settings, where she developed a strong foundation in managing complex patients. As a valued member of Platinum Palliative Care Services, Catherine specializes in providing compassionate palliative and hospice care, focusing on symptom management and improving patients’ quality of life. Outside of her professional work, Catherine enjoys listening to music, dancing, martials arts, and spending time with her 4 children and husband.
Keith Monsay is an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner with advanced training from Grand Canyon University and over 15 years of experience in healthcare. Starting his career as an RN in critical care and trauma units, Keith developed a strong foundation in managing acutely ill patients. He now applies his expertise at Platinum Palliative Care Services, providing comprehensive care for patients with serious and life-limiting illnesses. Fluent in Lao, Keith enjoys playing sports and spending time with his family.
